What the Play is about

The play follows the two main characters Arthur Przybyszewski and Franco and the Donut shop that they run in a 2008 Chicago rural area. Arthur is an older, Jewish gentleman who has owned the shop for many years, while Franco is a young African American man who tries to update the shop with more current themes, decorations, and music. Throughout the play we see the relationship between these two become stronger to that more of a father son relationship.
